Hello friends,
It’s so encouraging to see the changes and confirmations that have been happening since November 5th.
Since Trump's victory, there has been a notable global shift toward traditional values and a reassessment of cultural norms. This movement is influencing various aspects of society, including politics, culture, and security.
Canada’s Justin Trudeau’s progressive policies and serious overreach smack of authoritarianism. During his 9-year tenure housing costs have escalated, unsustainable inflation affecting essential goods and services continues, the healthcare system is overburdened, and poverty levels have increased.
His popularity has dropped from 64% to 22%.
Perhaps the biggest debacle was over the truckers’ strike and how Trudeau handled the "Freedom Convoy" protests, during which he abused unprecedented emergency powers. In January 2024, a Canadian judge ruled that the government's invocation of the Emergencies Act was unreasonable and unconstitutional. This ruling shows government overreach and blatant disregard for civil liberties.
Canada's assisted dying program (MAID), that is to say asisted suicide, has increased 15.8% in 2 years. Reports have emerged suggesting that some individuals consider this an alternative to poverty or social isolation and there are allegations that healthcare providers may be subtly steering patients toward MAID, even non-terminal persons, and there is planned inclusion of individuals with mental illnesses as sole criteria.
Trudeau recently announced his resignation as Prime Minister and leader of the Liberal Party. Hallelulah!
Italy’s Giorgia Meloni boldly says all this and more:
'Soros is interfering in democracies, not Musk'... 'oligarch George Soros, however, continuously interferes in the politics of other nations'.
“The problem is when wealthy people use their resources to finance parties, associations and political exponents all over the world to influence the political choices of nation states”, Meloni told reporters at an annual press conference. “That’s not what Musk is doing,” she added.
“Elon Musk financed an election campaign in his country, by his candidate, in a system in which, by the way, I would point out that this is quite common,” Meloni said. “But I am not aware of Elon Musk financing parties, associations or political exponents around the world. This, for example, is what George Soros does.”
Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg has fired the contracted 'fact checker' team and is saying no more censorship. He is also relaxing certain policies to prioritize free expression, is scaling back DEI initiatives, and will refocus hiring in favor of skills and merit. He is signaling a willingness to collaborate on technology policies to align more closely with President-elect Donald Trump's administration, as well as making a $1 million donation and having a private meeting with Trump.
The shift in policies could influence global regulation, particularly in Great Britain and Europe.
Other global shifts toward more conservative policies and a return to traditional values include:
Austria is on the verge of forming a government led by the far-right Freedom Party, with leader Herbert Kickl poised to become Chancellor. The Freedom Party is known for its anti-immigration stance and skepticism toward the European Union. This marks a significant move toward conservative governance.
Hungary and Poland
Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Poland's government have expressed support for Trump's policies, aligning with his conservative agenda.
In Germany, the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party has gained momentum, with some factions viewing Trump's victory as validation of their nationalist and conservative platforms.
It’s exciting to see the world moving toward more traditional values and common sense. Countries are starting to shift their focus back to things that matter—like personal freedom, national pride, and balanced leadership.
It’s clear that many countries and leaders are moving back toward policies that focus on fairness, freedom, and national values. People seem ready to leave extreme ideas behind and return to approaches that make sense for everyday life, offering hope for a better, more stable future.
United we stand. Divided we fall. We must not let America fall.
